This hinges on whether you need help with food, or you can prepare your own food. There are several programs we offer, depending on your goals, and what you need. Some people can make all of their meals and some people need help just following a plan with the food.
We will do a FREE health assessment to determine your goals, current health, a typical day, medications, and more. From there we can decide what will work best for you – if you need convenience, with food sent to you, or you can prepare some of your food, or you want to prepare all of your food.
When you move forward with your health goals, we will send you a welcome letter with guides for your program, and set up a weekly call to support your efforts to reach your goal with weekly weigh-ins, encouragement, and goal accountability. When YOU are READY for a healthy change, we can help you.
While working out is important for your overall health, many people have limitations, so we will take it as it goes for your personal needs. We have programs to meet the needs of each person, as each person is unique, and we will find the path for you. We encourage walking to start when you can safely do so. Others are able to work out and we will coach you along on how to eat for your workout style, and still lose weight.
