Coconut Mojito Mocktails

This recipe is so refreshing and delicious. It’s great any time of day and makes an awesome alternative to a cocktail.

Fresh mint, basil, and lime add lots of flavor and phytonutrients while green tea offers some gut-friendly polyphenols. Coconut water makes this drink just slightly sweet and offers some helpful electrolytes for a hot day.

  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 3 large basil leaves
  • ½ lime, quartered
  • ½ cup green iced tea, unsweetened
  • ⅓ cup coconut water, no sugar added (optional)
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Splash of sparkling water (about ⅓ cup)
  • Lime slice (for garnish)
