Maple Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pecans

INGREDIENTS
16 oz [453.6 g] Brussels Sprouts (Halved)
2 tbsp [28 g] Avocado Oil
2 tbsp [40 g] Maple Syrup
0.5 tsp [1.15 g] Cinnamon
1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt (To taste)
1 dash [0.63 ml] Black Pepper (To taste)
0.5 cup, halves [54 g] Pecans
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C)
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with avocado oil, maple syrup,
cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
4. Add pecans, stir, and roast for an additional 5 minutes
until crispy and golden. Add additional salt and
pepper to taste.
