Gluten-Free Bagel Bites

INGREDIENTS
1 cup [227 g] Whole Milk Greek Yogurt Plain
2 cup [224 g] Almond Flour
1 tsp [1.2 g] Kosher Salt
6 tsp [27.6 g] Everything Bagel Seasoning
1 cup [152 g] Strawberries
4 tbsp, chopped [32 g] Pecans
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
2. Add the almond flour, salt, and Greek yogurt to a
bowl and mix until well combined. The dough will
resemble cookie dough.
3. Divide the dough into 16 equal portions and roll them
to form balls.
4. Roll each ball of dough in everything bagel seasoning
and place them on a non-stick baking sheet, about two
inches apart.
5. Bake the bagel bites for 35-40 minutes until golden
brown.
6. Allow the bagel bites to cool completely before serving
them with fresh strawberries & chopped pecans.
