Ingredients

  • 1 cup (165 g) fresh or frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup (240 g) coconut water
  • 1 scoop (20g) collagen powder 2 tbsp (20 g) hemp hearts

Directions

1. Combine all of the ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 60 second, or until the consistency is smooth.
3. Serve cold and enjoy!
