INGREDIENTS
0.5 cup [120 g] Plain Coconut Yogurt
1 medium (2-3/4″ dia) (approx 3 per lb) [138 g] Apples
(Chopped)
0.25 tsp [0.57 g] Cinnamon
0.5 tsp [2.25 g] Coconut Oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Sauté chopped apple in a small pan with a splash of
water and optional coconut oil until soft (5–7
minutes).
2. Stir in cinnamon and let cool slightly.
3. Spoon yogurt into a bowl and top with warm stewed
apples.
NOTES
