Simple Turkey Fried Rice

SERVINGS: 1 PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 25 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
0.25 cup, dry [46.25 g] White Rice
1 small [38 g] Egg
1.5 tsp [7.2 g] Olive Oil
3 oz [85.2 g] Organic Roast Turkey Meat
(Diced)
0.5 tbsp [7 g] Coconut Aminos
0.5 head [15 g] Garlic (Minced)
1 stalk [15 g] Green Onions (Sliced)

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
Let cool completely in the refrigerator
before using.
2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until
fully combined.
3. Add the egg mixture to a non-stick skillet.
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring
frequently, until the eggs are set and no
liquid remains. Remove the eggs from the
skillet and set aside.
4. Add the olive oil and diced turkey to the
skillet and cook on medium heat until the
turkey begins to crisp.
5. Add the cooled white rice to the skillet. Mix
over medium heat until the turkey and the
rice are combined.
6. Add the cooked eggs, coconut aminos,
minced garlic, and sliced green onions to
the skillet. Stir well and continue cooking
over medium heat until everything is
heated through. Stir often to prevent
sticking or burning.
