Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp [36 g] Chia Seeds
  • 0.75 cup [180 ml] Coconut Milk Unsweetened (Carton)
  • 0.5 cup [76 g] Strawberries (Diced)
  • 0.25 cup [36.25 g] Blueberries
  • 1 scoop [20 g] Protein Powder – Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp [20 g] Maple Syrup
  • 0.25 tsp [1.05 g] Vanilla Extract
  • 1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt

Directions

  • 1.In a small bowl, whisk the protein powder with the coconut milk until smooth. Then add chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  • 2. Stir well until fully combined and the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, until thickened.
  • 4. Before serving, top with fresh strawberries and blueberries.
  • 5. Stir gently if desired and enjoy.
