dia) [28.5 g] Red Bell Pepper (Sliced)
0.25 medium [28.5 g] Orange Bell Pepper
(Sliced)
0.25 small [37 g] Red Onions (Sliced)
2 tbsp [2 g] Cilantro
0.25 cup [28.25 g] Shredded Carrots
0.5 tbsp [7.5 g] Sundried Tomatoes
(Chopped)
4 cups [226.8 g] Shredded Green & Red
Cabbage with Carrots
0.25 tsp [0.3 g] Kosher Salt
0.25 tsp [0.57 g] Black Pepper
1 tsp, minced [5 g] Garlic
0.25 tbsp [5.25 g] Honey
1 tbsp [15 g] Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 tablespoon [6.75 g] Extra Virgin Olive

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl, combine the diced rotisserie
chicken, sliced red bell pepper & orange bell
pepper, sliced red onions, chopped cilantro,
shredded carrots, chopped sundried
tomatoes, shredded green and red cabbage
with carrots, kosher salt, black pepper,
minced garlic, honey, fresh lime juice, and
extra virgin olive oil. Gently toss until all
ingredients are evenly coated and well
combined.
NOTES
1. Protein options: The rotisserie chicken can
be substituted with chilled, cooked shrimp.
