Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup [45 g] Rolled Oats Gluten Free
  • 1 scoop [20 g] Protein Powder – Vanilla
  • 1.5 tsp [6 g] Chia Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp [0.57 g] Cinnamon
  • 1 dash [0.63 ml] Kosher Salt
  • 1 cup [240 ml] Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 0.5 medium [59 g] Banana (Sliced or mashed)
  • 2 tsp [10 g] Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp [16 g] Almond Butter

Directions

  • 1.Combine oats, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a jar or bowl.
  • 2. Stir in almond milk, mashed banana, and maple syrup until evenly mixed. Refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  • 3. Stir and top with almond butter and extra banana slices before serving.
  • 4. Add a splash of almond milk if needed to loosen after chilling.
