Sauté Kale with White Beans and Beets

SERVINGS: 1 PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 40 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS
1 cup, chopped [21 g] Kale
1 cup [261 g] Canned White Beans (Drained and rinsed. )
2 beet [164 g] Beet
1 tbsp [14 g] Olive Oil
1 tsp [1.8 g] Red Pepper Flakes
1 Dash [1 g] Himalayan Pink Salt
DIRECTIONS
1. Bring a small pot of water to a boil.
2. Trim the ends off of the beets. Boil beets until fork
tender ( about 30-40 minutes).
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add kale to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add white beans, red pepper flakes and salt to the
kale. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
6. Serve warm with the boiled beets.
